Rules for course ownership, quality, learner data, live delivery, payments, certificates and responsible conduct by training providers.
These Provider Terms apply to organisations and instructors approved to publish or deliver learning through SkillBridge. They supplement the general Terms & Conditions.
Providers are responsible for keeping course descriptions, learning outcomes, prices, schedules and content accurate. Course content should be relevant, usable, reasonably current and delivered with appropriate care and skill. Providers must correct material errors brought to their attention.
You must own or have permission to use all materials you upload, including videos, documents, images, software demonstrations, datasets, trademarks and third-party resources. By publishing through SkillBridge, you grant SkillBridge a limited non-exclusive licence to host, display, stream, reproduce as technically necessary and make the content available to authorised learners for operating and promoting the course.
Course pricing, the platform commission rate, provider share, payout status and any applicable deductions are determined by the commercial settings or agreement presented to the provider. SkillBridge may hold or adjust earnings while resolving refunds, duplicate payments, fraud, chargebacks, accounting errors or legal disputes.
Providers may use learner information only to deliver and support the relevant course, manage assessments/live classes, communicate necessary course information and meet legitimate legal obligations. Providers must not sell learner data, add learners to unrelated marketing lists without an appropriate basis, disclose payment screenshots, or use data outside the purpose for which access was granted.
Providers scheduling live sessions must use accurate dates/times, protect meeting links from unauthorised sharing, maintain professional conduct and obtain any permissions required before recording participants. If a session is cancelled, learners should be given reasonable notice and a rescheduled session, alternative content or other appropriate remedy.
Providers must not describe SkillBridge certificates as government-accredited, ZAQA-recognised, professionally licensed or equivalent to a formal qualification unless that specific claim is true, current and can be substantiated. Marketing claims about employment outcomes, earnings or qualifications must not be misleading.
Providers must cooperate reasonably with SkillBridge on learner complaints, refunds, intellectual-property claims, quality reviews and security investigations. Where a provider's failure caused a refund or remediation cost, SkillBridge may adjust provider earnings where permitted by the provider agreement and applicable law.
SkillBridge may pause publishing, unlist a course or suspend provider access where reasonably necessary to protect learners or investigate serious concerns. We may terminate provider access for repeated or serious breaches, fraud, unlawful content, unresolved rights violations or conduct that materially harms learners or the platform.
