How completion certificates are earned, verified, corrected and—where necessary—revoked.
A certificate of completion confirms that the named learner met the completion requirements recorded by SkillBridge for the identified course. Requirements may include completing required lessons, passing quizzes, submitting assignments or meeting other course-specific conditions.
Certificates may include a unique certificate number and verification code. A public verification page can be used to confirm that a certificate exists, its course, learner and current status. A screenshot or edited copy that does not match the verification record should not be treated as valid.
Certificates use the learner name recorded on the account. Learners should ensure their full name is correct before completing a course. Reasonable correction requests can be sent to support and may require identity/account verification.
SkillBridge may revoke or invalidate a certificate if it was issued because of fraud, impersonation, manipulated records, serious assessment misconduct, a system error or another material breach affecting certificate integrity. Revocation status may appear on the verification page.
The course provider is responsible for the accuracy of course-specific claims, content and learning outcomes. Providers may not misrepresent SkillBridge certificates as formal qualifications or regulated credentials without a valid basis.
