1. Use SkillBridge responsibly

SkillBridge is for legitimate learning, teaching and platform administration. You may not use the service in a way that harms learners, providers, systems, intellectual property or the integrity of assessments and certificates.

2. Prohibited conduct

  • Sharing, selling or lending an account to another person.
  • Using another learner's identity to complete a course, assessment or certificate requirement.
  • Copying or redistributing paid course content without permission.
  • Scraping, bulk-downloading or automating access in a way that bypasses normal platform controls.
  • Attempting to bypass payments, enrolment checks, role permissions or protected resources.
  • Uploading malware, scripts, harmful files or content designed to compromise the platform.
  • Phishing, credential theft, requesting PINs/OTPs or submitting false payment evidence.
  • Harassment, threats, discriminatory abuse, sexual exploitation or other harmful conduct in live classes, messages or course communities.
  • Recording a live class or another participant without permission where permission is required.
  • Manipulating quiz results, attendance, reviews, progress, certificates or provider earnings.
  • Using SkillBridge to promote unlawful goods, services or activities.

3. Security research

Do not test or exploit security weaknesses against the live platform without written authorisation. If you discover a vulnerability accidentally, stop testing, avoid accessing other users' data and report it privately to skillbridgeacademy086@gmail.com.

4. Enforcement

Depending on seriousness, we may warn a user, remove content, reset access, invalidate an assessment, revoke a certificate, suspend an account, terminate access or refer suspected unlawful activity to appropriate authorities. We will consider context and applicable law when taking action.
